That should be automatically be put on every cell phone/pda whatever. When you turn on the device that's what should play - and it should be made so it can't be deleted!
I see people texting while driving down the Interstate quite frequently around here. What the hell are they thinking?
I kind of miss the "old days" when texting a message on a standard, phone pad was a chore -- there was no way you'd try that while driving. Keyboards have made it far to convenient, I think.
